On August 23rd, Police responded to the center area streets of the city after a complaint of a vehicle being driven in an erratic manner.
The vehicle was stopped and the driver was arrested and charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle. A 49 year old local male was released later in the day with a future court date.
He will start an automatic 90 day licence suspension and the vehicle was impounded for 7 days.
