Mental Health Act
On November 6, 2016 at 12:11 pm, officers responded to a call of a 25 year old suicidal female. The female was located at her residence in the North end of the city with family members present. The female was apprehended without incident and taken to the Brockville General hospital for assessment.
Domestic Assault:
On November 6, 2016 at 12:26 pm, officers responded to a call of a domestic disturbance in the Center area of the city. It was learned the 23 year old female had assaulted her 29 year old boyfriend. The scene was at the residence of the male involved which the 23 year old female does not reside at. She is an out of town resident. After the initial assault the female had left the residence giving the male the opportunity to notify the Police. Moments later the female had returned and the dispute continued. The female was arrested and charged with assault and released with an appearance date for court.
